Dr Howitt qualified in Edinburgh, Scotland before completing his GP training in London. He has an interest in Paediatrics and Sexual health, having completed post graduate diplomas in these fields. His other areas of interest include Men’s health and Ear, Nose and Throat medicine.

Dr Lewis trained in the UK and worked in many hospital specialties before becoming a GP. He moved to Sydney initially working in the Eastern Suburbs before moving to Dee Why Family Medical Centre in April 2018.
Dr Lewis consults Monday to Friday.
Dr. Lynette Skardoon
Dr Lynette Skardoon studied Medicine at the University of Queensland. As an intern Lynette worked at Royal Brisbane Hospital, where she gained experience in burns, wound care and obstetrics and child health.
She moved to Victoria , where she worked in Child Health at Queen Victoria Medical Centre, as well as St Vincent’s Hospital and Royal Children’s Hospital.
Lynette was one of the first female doctors to join the permanent Navy where she studied Diving Medicine, and was later posted to HMAS Penguin in Balmoral in Sydney.
After finishing her commission with the Navy, she returned to Queensland, where she had a solo practice in Booval treating large numbers of children and maternity care patients, as well as families of RAAF personnel. She also catered for the large number of divers requiring commercial and recreational diving medicals.
She was actively involved with sports medicine and was the sports doctor for the GPS Rugby team, and later helped with the rowers from Commercial Rowing
Dr Skardoon has an passionate interest in child health, shared care in obstetrics , sports medicine and diving medicine, dermatology and general medicine.

Dr. Michael Wallace

Dr Wallace completed his medical degree in Edinburgh, Scotland and then GP training in the North-East of England. After a period of travel, he worked in the Emergency Department in Newcastle NSW for several months in 2000. IDr Wallace then returned to the UK and has worked as a GP in and around County Durham and Newcastle-upon-Tyne since then, gaining the MRCGP with Merit in 2004. Dr Wallace has however continued to visit Australia: with his parents now living in the North Shore
As a GP, Dr Wallace has always been drawn to the variety of medicine. He came close to a career in Emergency Medicine – but the continuity of care, and ability to build ongoing working relationships with patients in Family Practice was the deciding factor. Dr Wallace is trained to provide lifelong care to all patient groups and has developed skills in chronic disease management. Other areas of interest include cardiovascular disease and risk management, as well as respiratory medicine and men’s health

Laura is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. She completed her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney in 2011 and is now a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
Laura has worked in roles across all areas of nutrition, and takes a personalised and holistic approach to health. She has completed training in health behaviour change and is a Certified GAPS Diet Practitioner. Laura has many years’ experience supporting individuals with managing chronic conditions such as Diabetes and has a special interest in gut health.
Rod Ingram - Physiotherapist

Rod is an accomplished Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience in the health industry. He is a graduate of Sydney University, completing his Physiotherapy degree there in 1995. He has also studied Human Movement Science and completed a graduate certificate in Diabetes Management and Education at UTS. In recent years he has assisted in research projects with Sydney University including chronic lower back pain and whiplash injury management.
Rod has a wealth of training in treating injuries of all origins, ranging from the workplace to sporting fields. His clinical interests include not only musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post-operative and sports rehabilitation but also holistic health management.
Away from work Rod is married with 4 children and keeps active with touch football, surfing and mountainbiking on the Northern Beaches.
Isobel Minack - Podiatrist
Bachelor of Podiatry; Bachelor of Health Science (Honours in Podiatry)
Isobel graduated from Newcastle University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Podiatry. She continued her studies and completed her Honours degree specialising in Paediatric Biomechanics.
Isobel covers all aspects of podiatry; including general treatments (nails, corns and callouses), diabetic foot care and biomechanics. Isobel is especially interested in Diabetes and the effects on the feet. She has spent time at the high risk foot clinic at both Westmead and John Hunter Hospital.
Mental Health Care Social Worker
Adena is a fully registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority - AHPRA (Registration No: PSY0001125660) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society - APS (membership No: 108525). She has completed a Master of Psychology (Counselling) at Monash University.
She shows genuine and empathic support and concern for her clients. She engages her clients in working collaboratively with her, with the aim of increasing their feeling of well-being. She utilises various therapeutic frameworks to guide sessions with clients. Sessions are tailored to assess and address the specific needs and concerns of each client, according to their unique situation
Barrington is a registered Psychologist and healthcare provider (AHPRA) and is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
As a psychologist, Barrington has a whole person approach and works collaboratively with his clients to identify the best “tools” for them to reach a beneficial outcome. Barrington acknowledges there are real stresses and difficulties that exist in individuals’ lives that may need addressing but the intention is not always to look for what is wrong and fix it but also find what is right and enhance it.
Barrington has had extensive experience working with clients to help them manage a wide range of psychological concerns. He has worked in a variety of setting including private practice, hospitals, drug and alcohol rehabilitation and employee assistance programs.
With a personal history in the entertainment industry, Barrington has a special passion for Performance Enhancement Psychology. He has assisted actors, singers and dancers enhance their performance. He also works with clients in the corporate environment to reach their optimal performance level in public speaking, giving presentations and effectively communicating at meetings.
